About Us
Meet Onitha Jarrold & Still Waters OT
I qualified with a BSc Hons in Occupational Therapy from Sheffield Hallam University in 1997. My career began in paediatric services in Ealing, where I learned from renowned therapists and developed a passion for working within children's services. After 13 years supporting children with physical disabilities, developmental coordination disorder, autism, ADHD, and sensory integration difficulties, I took a career break to focus on my family. In 2020, discovering my own ADHD led me back to OT with a renewed focus on neurodivergent individuals of all ages. Today, I support neurodivergent people in leaning into their strengths and overcoming barriers in daily life. My journey is one of continuous learning and deep commitment to helping others achieve independence and improve their quality of life. Still Waters OT and Coaching is rooted in strengths-based, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed care, and proudly partners with Umbrella Hub CIC to expand peer-led support and creative wellbeing for our community.
